Founded for this neighbourhood
Lambton Dental was founded in 2026 to answer a straightforward need: this part of West Toronto did not have enough dental care within easy reach of the people who live here. We did not choose Scarlett Road because it was a convenient place to put a clinic. We chose it because the need was here, in the community.
That is also why the practice is built around when the neighbourhood is actually free. Weekday appointments run into the evening, and both weekend days are ordinary opening hours — not an emergency arrangement, not a once-a-month special. For people working shifts, commuting, or moving between school pickups and a job, the hardest part of seeing a dentist is usually finding the hour. We would rather that hour be easy to find.
Coverage under the Canadian Dental Care Plan and the Interim Federal Health Program is billed directly, so eligible patients rarely pay at the desk. That matters in a neighbourhood where cost is the reason a checkup gets postponed another year.

Direct billing, less paperwork
We direct-bill the Canadian Dental Care Plan through Sun Life and the Interim Federal Health Program through Medavie Blue Cross, along with all major insurance carriers.

At Lambton Dental we explain treatment to each patient in the language they speak — what we see, what the options are, and what each step will feel like. Our website reads in all of these languages too, so the information you need is in your language before you ever pick up the phone.

Insurance, CDCP and IFHP welcome
Lambton Dental accepts all major insurance carriers and welcomes patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP). We are enrolled to direct-bill CDCP through Sun Life and IFHP through Medavie Blue Cross, so eligible patients rarely pay out of pocket at the visit.
