About York

York is the former City of York, a west-end Toronto district amalgamated into the City of Toronto in 1998. It covers the area roughly bounded by the CP Rail corridor to the south, the Humber River to the west, Highway 401 to the north, and the Weston / Eglinton West area to the east. It includes the historic Lambton, Mount Dennis, Fairbank, Weston and Rockcliffe communities, and is one of the most linguistically diverse parts of Toronto.

Lambton Dental is inside the former City of York — our clinic at 23 Scarlett Rd #21 has a York postal code (M6N 4J5) and sits at the geographic centre of the district. We are within a ten to fifteen minute drive of most York addresses.
