Cosmetic dentistry at Lambton Dental
From a single whitening session to a full smile makeover, Lambton Dental designs cosmetic treatments around your face, your teeth and how you speak and smile — always with a written plan and cost estimate before treatment begins.
Cosmetic dentistry improves the colour, shape, size and alignment of your teeth so your smile feels like your own — only more so. At Lambton Dental in West Toronto, every cosmetic plan begins with a smile-design consultation, photographs and a written estimate — so you know exactly what to expect before any treatment begins. Choose the treatment you'd like to learn more about below, or book a smile design consultation to talk through your options.
Which cosmetic treatment is right for me?
It depends on what you'd like to change — colour, shape, alignment or the gum line — and how much healthy tooth structure is available to work with. At your smile-design consultation the dentist reviews your goals, takes photographs and shows you the options, then gives you a written plan with a cost estimate before any treatment begins.
Are cosmetic treatments at Lambton Dental permanent?
Veneers, bonding and gum contouring are long-lasting when they're maintained well, and whitening results are refreshed as needed. The dentist explains the expected lifespan of each option at your consultation and gives you a written aftercare plan.
Does dental insurance cover cosmetic dentistry?
Purely cosmetic treatments — such as whitening and veneers placed for appearance only — are usually not covered by insurance. Where a treatment also has a restorative purpose, many plans cover a portion of the fee, and we submit predetermination and claims electronically on your behalf.
Are payment plans available for larger cosmetic plans?
Monthly payment plans through a third-party financing partner are available on approved credit for larger cosmetic plans. Ask at your consultation or see our payment options.
Can I preview my new smile before committing to treatment?
Yes — for veneers, bonding and full smile makeovers the dentist can show you a mock-up of the proposed changes using photographs, digital design or a temporary trial smile so you can see and feel the shape before any tooth is prepared.
